Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview:

At Luna’s Creation Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy is in place to help. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

Return Process:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required to process a return.

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Partial Refunds:

  • A partial refund may be granted for:
    • Items with obvious signs of use.
    • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received the refund, contact us at lunascreationshop@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at lunascreationshop@gmail.com, and we will provide return instructions.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
  • For higher-priced items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer shipping across the United States.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates on global shipping in the future.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Order Issues:
